Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Our Workplace
At Gannett Fleming, we have a commitment to diversity. We believe a workplace built upon the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging makes us stronger, smarter, and more creative. It reflects the range of communities we serve as a leader in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
Inclusion is at the heart of our corporate principles, and we strive to bring a range of perspectives to the table. We are driven to build and nurture a culture of belonging where employees work together to deliver excellence to our clients no matter their:
- Age.
- Race.
- Gender identity.
- Sexual orientation.
- Disabilities.
- Religion.
- Ethnicity.
- National origin.
We understand that having an inclusive environment fuels our innovation and imagination, and it results in better decisions and a sense of belonging.
Supported by our strategic action plan, we are increasing diversity, leadership accountability, and providing employees with tools to build cultural competency. Our nine-person Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Steering Committee develops, reviews, and measures inclusion goals.
