What We're Doing

Connected Relationships™ Mentoring Program

The Connected Relationships Mentoring Program seeks to utilize the existing knowledge, skills, and experience of senior employees and pair them with junior or less experienced employees at Gannett Fleming. The program is designed to allow senior staff the opportunity to help junior staff advance their careers. Throughout this program, mentor/mentee pairs focus on:

  • Leadership.
  • Project management.
  • Business development and marketing.
  • Overall professional growth for the mentee.

Mentors and mentees alike benefit from this program in the areas of leadership, professional growth, and networking.

CONNECTED AMBASSADORS PROGRAM

This program facilitates the formation of local Connected Women groups. More than 70 Connected Ambassadors across the country help to promote professional development and community involvement.

PUB HUB

LIVESTREAM BROADCASTS

These events allow Connected Women to engage and provide resources across a global company. Past livestream broadcasts have included advice from female leaders as well as professional development opportunities.

CONNECTED CONVERSATIONS

These roundtable discussions are a chance for employees – male and female – across the firm to meet with female leaders, ask questions, and build community. Connected Conversations provide an opportunity to share ideas across offices and encourage open communications.
