What We're Doing

RAINBOW CONNECTION SERIES

The Rainbow Connection series is an hour for discussion, education, and allyship on LGBTQ+ topics. The sessions are virtual events, held monthly, open to all employees to attend, and safe spaces to build community and ask difficult questions.

RESOURCES FOR THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY

LGBTQ+ provides resources and support for the Gannett Fleming LGBTQ+ community through its dedicated SharePoint site. Resources include helpful guides, links to policies and procedures, FAQs, and contact details for key human resources staff.

PARTNERING WITH GANNETT FLEMING’S HUMAN RESOURCES, IT SERVICES, AND LEGAL DEPARTMENTS

Gannett Fleming has a strong commitment to evolving its policies and practices in ensuring all employees can bring their full selves to work and thrive. LGBTQ+ is proud to be an active partner with the firm’s human resources, IT services, and legal departments to review, update, and implement policies that continue to affirm the LGBTQ+ community.

21-DAY RACIAL EQUITY & SOCIAL JUSTICE CHALLENGE AND RACE AGAINST RACISM

LGBTQ+ sponsored Gannett Fleming’s participation in the YWCA’S 21-Day Racial Equity & Social Justice Challenge and Race Against Racism. The 21-Day Challenge is “designed to create dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership.”
