In the News: Birch and Stephen Discuss Artificial Intelligence at ACEC’s Fall Conference

Following its 2023 Fall Conference, the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) highlighted the insights of Gannett Fleming’s Engineering Technology and Innovation Support Senior Manager Christian Birch and Project Manager Anand Stephen, PE, CME. During the conference, the duo delivered a presentation on the risks and opportunities associated with artificial intelligence (AI).
In a standing-room-only discussion with engaged conference attendees, Birch and Stephen talked about the financial, emotional, and societal risks associated with AI, as well as its many opportunities, such as improving efficiency and providing answers to previously unsolvable challenges.
