In the News: Son Graduates from ARTBA Foundation’s Industry Leader Development Program
Patrick Son, PE, senior project manager, recently completed an intensive introduction to federal legislative and regulatory issues during the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Foundation’s Industry Leader Development Program (ILDP).
The ILDP is a leadership development initiative designed to cultivate leadership skills and expertise in the transportation construction industry. It offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to help participants enhance their understanding of industry trends, policies, and best practices.
The annual event takes place alongside ARTBA’s Federal Issues Program and the Transportation Construction Coalition (TCC) Fly-In. It involves engaging in policy discussions with congressional staff and officials from the Federal Highway Administration.
