Moroz Joins Gannett Fleming as Vice President and Canada Market Executive
Gannett Fleming is pleased to welcome Erin Moroz as a vice president and market executive in our Toronto office as we continue to add market solutions across Ontario and Canada. She will support our growing roster of clients in overcoming challenges and meeting the needs of their communities.
With over 20 years of industry experience in capital projects and leading large, matrixed teams, Moroz will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality projects. To support expansion in Canada, she will leverage Gannett Fleming’s capabilities and solutions in a plethora of architecture, engineering, and construction markets.

Over the past seven years, Moroz has held senior roles with the Metrolinx GO Expansion, one of North America’s most extensive transit expansion programs. Most recently, Moroz served as program sponsor for a $12 billion portfolio of Metrolinx rail projects. She was responsible for strategic program oversight, municipal negotiations, and the community engagement necessary to unlock agreements, permits, and project approvals.
As program sponsor, Moroz represented the client and served as the primary interface between the client and team members, providing strategic direction and leadership to deliver program benefits successfully. Her demonstrated track record in leading major public policy initiatives provides Gannett Fleming with a knowledgeable market leader who will drive growth for our business and develop strong teams and solutions for our Canadian infrastructure market clients.
As director of communications and community relations for GO Expansion, she led all aspects of public affairs critical to success, including stakeholder management and strategic planning for environmental assessments and public engagement.

Moroz earned Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science from Carleton University and graduated from the Schulich School of Business Strategic Leadership Program.
